Waking up before dawn, I rush down to Trillium Lake to see what first light will bring. A glorious morning of soft pink light, the surface of Trillium Lake so calm, it perfectly reflects Mount Hood. Over its summit a formation of two small lenticular clouds hangs like a cap. The beauty of Mount Hood, and the Oregon's north Cascade Mountains!
